Location: River School Lofts - Richmond, VA
Leumas is seeking a reliable, skilled maintenance worker to perform essential upkeep tasks for our 40-unit property in the Museum District. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as plumbing and carpentry repairs, appliance installation, and preventative maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Turn all units (paint, appliances, fixtures, etc.)
- HVAC repairs
- Unclog Drains
- Maintain Curb Appeal
- Close all non-emergency tickets within 48 hours
- Manage Maintenance Inventory
- Preventative Maintenance
- Collaborate with vendors and other professionals conducting work on-site.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
- Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

- Residential Maintenance: 2 years (Required)
