Role Overview:

• Manage the technical functions, activities, and operations of assigned departments to provide high quality, efficient, and cost-effective patient care and ensure compliance with departmental, MSKCC, and regulatory standards.

• Where applicable, functions as modality or department expert.

Key Qualifications:

• 7-10 years experience in Interventional Radiology preferred, including proven supervisory experience.

• Licenses: New York State in Radiologic Technology.

• Registration: ARRT.

• Strategic Leadership: Ability to align transport services with MSK's mission and goals, driving measurable outcomes in operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.

• Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of transport logistics and healthcare operations.

• Collaborative Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.

• Data-Driven Decision Maker: Ability to use data to guide decisions, assess performance, and drive improvements.

• Effective Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.

Additional Information:

• Location: Main Hospital Campus, 1275 York Avenue, New York, NY

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (flexibility as needed)

• Reporting to Clinical Director, Radiology

Pay Range: $133,500 - $220,400/annually
