Montville\nVeterinary Group, located in an affluent suburb located forty minutes outside\nof NYC is seeking an experienced Managing Veterinarian to complete our team and\ncontinue our mission of providing comprehensive and progressive veterinary\ncare available in a fun, collaborative environment. Our hospital is\na newly constructed and well-equipped facility. Our support staff is\ncomprised of exceptionally skilled certified veterinary technicians and\nveterinary assistants all dedicated to providing the highest levels of care.

The Opportunity:

As\nthe Managing Veterinarian, you'll keep doing what you love - practicing veterinary\nmedicine and seeing the furry faces that make your day. But you'll also provide\nvital medical leadership, oversee the veterinary team, ensure we follow all the\nrules, and cultivate an environment where exceptional pet care thrives. You'll\ndevelop medical protocols, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with the practice\nmanager on finances, budgeting, and operational optimization.

  • Graduate from an AVMA-accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program and have an active license

  • Unwavering commitment to\n practicing world-class veterinary medicine

  • Skillful ability to delegate,\n develop, and inspire a winning team

Compensation

  • Base salary of $130,000-$175,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Production-based bonuses
