What You'll Be Doing:

• Team up with BCBAs to conduct assessments and build thoughtful therapy plans
• Deliver personalized, play-based therapy that meets each child's unique needs
• Mentor and coach Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs)-your leadership matters!
• Partner with families and caregivers to ensure consistent, compassionate care
• Keep therapy on track with ethical, data-driven practices using top clinical tools

✔ What You Bring to the Team:

• A Bachelor's degree (required)
• RBT certification (or willing to earn it within 120 days-we'll help!)
• 2,000+ hours of supervised ABA experience
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (some play gets active!)
• A heart for helping, a mind for learning, and a commitment to ethical care
