Pay Rate: $28.00/hour

Location: Cambridge, MA 02139

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Medical Assistant Urgent Care to cover an extended leave. Key responsibilities include charting, checking vitals, and occasional phlebotomy. Patient volume is 14-25 patients daily. This role is ideal for someone who is team oriented, dependable, with a high-level of professional standards.

Key Requirements/Qualifications

• Prior experience as a medical assistant
• Experience with Cerner preferred but will accept similar technologies including Epic
• Certifications and a college degree
• BLS certification acceptable agency: American Red Cross or American Heart Association

Work Schedule: 40 hours/week

• Must be available to work three 12-hour shifts and one 4-hour shift per week
• Every third week work two 12-hour shifts, one 4-hour shift, and a weekend shift (Sat. and Sun. 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
• Must be available to work minor holidays (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

The client will consider candidates who desire Mon - Fri (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
