We are seeking an energetic doctor to elevate their career into a Managing Veterinarian (DVM/VMD) role or bring their MDVM experience and lead our 4-doctor, full service, small animal practice in Kettering, OH!  You can start as an associate and work into this role, too!

Kettering Animal Hospital is located within the largest suburb of the  Dayton Metro area which boasts excellent restaurants, shopping, and night life! Our staff is committed to progressive and compassionate patient care, and includes members who have worked with the practice for over 30 years.  Strong M entorship  is available for doctors new to leadership .

💵Up to $190k, annually, DOE ! Includes production-based compensation! 💵

Relocating MDVMs will receive $20,000 or MORE towards stress-free relocation assistance with our corporate relocation partner!

Interest or skill set in advanced surgical procedures preferred, but not required!

  • We offer a full surgical suite including CO2 laser, Cardell Monitor, Cold laser therapy, new surgical lighting, digital x-ray and 2 RVT’s and 5 assistants with over 20 years experience to support our surgeons.

*Relocation benefits are\noffered at NVA GP’s discretion and are available only for approved Managing\nVeterinarian roles within the following states: OH, WV, PA, MD, NJ, NY, MA, RI,\nCT, VT, NH, ME. Eligibility is dependent on distance moved, business need, and\nfinal approval from Talent Acquisition. Payment amounts and criteria may vary\nby role and are subject to change at any time.
