Mental Health Clinician (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT)

A Mental Health Clinician (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) is needed in Gardner, MA.

We are seeking a passionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join a highly regarded, mission-driven not-for-profit organization in Gardner, MA. Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $64,480 - $93,600 (based on experience).
• Health Insurance: Employer contributes 70%.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Work Setting: Outpatient, hybrid or remote options available (after 90 days).
• No Weekends, No On-Call, and No Holidays.

Requirements:

• Licensure: Current and active Massachusetts independent license as a LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
