Job Description

Position Title: Floor Technician

Reports To: Lead Floor Technician

Basic Function : Ensure that floor services are provided in accordance with Office Pride standards and customers specifications as directed and delegated by the Lead Floor Tech. To account for additional hours, limited cleaning will be assigned.


Major Responsibilities

1. Sweeping, mopping & scrubbing
2. Report at assigned times
3. Clean floors to specification
4. Complete jobs within budgeted hours
5. Work to ensure complete customer satisfaction
6. Report concerns to Lead Floor Tech. (example: maintenance, safety issues of building, etc.)
7. Follow all procedures as outlined in the handbook

Hours of Work:

Some experience is preferred but will train the right candidate.

15-25 hours of work per week on average.


The regular scope of hours includes regularly scheduled floor maintenance programs with our regular customers. Additional work would include our regular customers in which we do per request floor work, as well as additional cleaning hours.

Compensation: $10.00/hour
