Pay rates range from $77.90 to $80.00 per hour, depending on experience, licensure, and shift. The NP will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients with acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, respond to emergencies, and ensure patient safety within a secure environment. Key responsibilities include conducting physical exams, developing treatment plans, managing conditions like hypertension and diabetes, providing patient education, and maintaining accurate medical records.
