The Nurse Supervisor - Non-Bedside oversees clinic operations and supervises nursing staff to ensure efficient and appropriate healthcare delivery. This role supports adherence to health policies and fosters positive guest relations within a clinical setting. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing, current RN licensure, and experience in clinical nursing and supervision are required.
POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides general clinic management and supervision of assigned staff in the designated clinic setting. Ensures efficient, appropriate therapeutic health care is administered to clinic patients. Supports and maintains the University Health policies, protocols, values and guest relations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required (Magnet). Three years clinical or hospital nursing with two years of supervisory/charge experience in nursing preferred.
LICENSURE
Current RN licensure in the State of Texas. Certification in specialty is preferred. ACLS and BLS required.
