• As a team member, you will provide personal care services to the residents and provide related tasks in accordance with a plan of care as assigned and supervised by a Registered Nurse.

• You will be responsible to care for the resident’s personal hygiene, promote a safe, healthy environment and to support the mission and goals of the Benedictine Sisters Benevolent Association. 

This role offers:

• Qualified candidates may be eligible for a hiring incentive of up to $1,500 *Restrictions may apply

• Pay Rate: $17.39 - $22.45 based off of experience

• Evening Shift Differential: $1.50

• Night Shift Differential: $1.75

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

• Current active Nursing Assistant Registration with the Minnesota Department of Health.
• BLS certified or ability to become certified within 1 month from hire date.

Shift Start/End: 2:30pm, 11pm /11pm, 7:30am

Hours Per Pay Period: 48

Compensation Range: $17.39 - $22.45 / hour
