Job Description

We are seeking a Client Success Manager to support a diverse client base ranging from small businesses to large enterprises. In this role, you will guide customers through onboarding, training, and implementation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Drive customer onboarding and training programs.
• Represent the customer’s voice internally across product, operations, and leadership.
• Build and manage customer relationships, driving adoption and activation.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and engineering teams.
• Support strategy and vision for customer success programs.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of Client Success Management or Onboarding experience.
• Strong project management and customer relationship skills.
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience.
• Implementation/deployment experience.
