Position Summary: As an Online Chat Representative at Dalamar Homes, you will engage with prospective homebuyers and current clients through our website's chat platform. Your role is to provide accurate information, answer questions about our communities and home models, and help schedule appointments with our sales team. You will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression and guiding users through the beginning of their home-buying journey. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat in a professional and friendly manner. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Dalamar Homes' communities, floor plans, and customization options. Qualify leads based on company criteria and schedule appointments for sales representatives. Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and construction timelines. Use CRM tools to log interactions and follow up as needed. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and support. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. Strong written communication and typing skills. Comfortable using live chat software, CRM platforms, and other digital tools. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
