Job Location: Dallas,TX Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Application & Integration Support - Lead L2/L3 incident management, batch monitoring, root cause analysis, and data fixes across Oracle Retail modules like RMS, ReSA. Ensure 24x7 coverage for critical issues and 20x5 desk support for routine operations 1. 2. Technical Oversight- Provide techno-functional guidance on Oracle Retail systems including RMS, and Retail Sales Audit. 3. Team Leadership & Coordination- Act as the primary onsite escalation point, coordinating with offshore teams and client stakeholders. Oversee support handover, knowledge transition, and documentation for ongoing operations. 4. Process Optimization- Drive incident reduction, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Implement standardized ITIL-based processes and SOP-driven resolutions. 5. Client Engagement- Interface with clients to understand business needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
