Outbound Sales – $45K Base + Uncapped Commissions – Paid Training

What You’ll Do

• Make high-volume outbound calls to financial advisors and firm decision-makers nationwide.

• Use consultative, scripted, and persuasive techniques to spark interest and qualify leads.

• Follow up consistently to move prospects through the pipeline.

• Maintain detailed call records and track results using CRM tools.

• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly activity and revenue targets.

• Partner with our senior recruiters and consultants to set up appointments and close opportunities.

• Bring your energy every day — the phones are your playing field.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior outbound telemarketing, inside sales, or call center experience a plus — but not required if you have the drive.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (recent grads welcome).

• Excellent phone communication skills, enthusiasm, and persistence.

• Comfortable with high call volumes and performance metrics.

• Self-starter with strong time-management and goal-setting habits.

• Tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems.

• A positive attitude and a hunger to win.
