As an Erie Home Territory Sales Representative , you are a trusted consultant and the face of our premium brand. You will use your expertise to educate homeowners on our roofing solutions, showing them exactly how we solve their most pressing challenges.

\n

What You’ll Be Doing :

• \n Generate Leads: Walk designated neighborhoods and engage prospective customers.
\n
• \n Educate & Consult: Introduce homeowners to Erie Home's solutions and schedule them for a free, no-obligation estimate with our Outside Sales team.
\n
• \n Represent the Best: Ensure all potential customers have an exceptional experience, reflecting the high quality and professional standards of Erie Home.
\n
• \n Hit Goals: Achieve individual and team goals each week and get paid well for it! (Transportation provided for neighborhood routes.)\n
\n

Schedule

• \n Full-Time: Monday–Thursday, 11 AM–8 PM
\n
• \n Saturday: 10 AM–4 PM (Some Fridays may rotate with Saturdays)

Requirements

• Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
\n
• Friendly, outgoing personality—not shy about starting conversations.
\n
• Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors daily in various elements (extended walking/standing required).
\n
• Must be a quick learner, open to coaching, and possess a positive, resilient attitude.
\n
• Reliable transportation to and from the office.
\n
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years of age).
\n
