Overhead Crane/Kettle Operator
Location: Harrisburg, NC
Pay Rate: $18/hour + $1 shift differential
Shift: Sunday to Thursday: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Job Description:
This position involves operating overhead cranes and managing kettles in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and capable of performing physical tasks in outdoor conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate overhead cranes to lift, move, and position materials.
- Monitor and maintain kettle temperatures, ensuring safety and product quality.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions to complete required tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following company safety guidelines.
Work Environment:
This is a challenging industrial environment. Please be prepared for the following conditions:
- Very hot temperatures due to the nature of the work.
- Outdoor work , exposed to various weather conditions.
- Exposure to fumes , dust , and dirt .
- The need for personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safety.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience with overhead crane operations
- Ability to work the scheduled night shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m., Sunday to Thursday).
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically capable of handling heat and performing hands-on tasks in a dusty environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
