Talented Medical Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an assignment in Chrisman, Illinois . Position OverviewAs a PTA, you’ll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients restore movement, manage pain, and regain independence. Your role will be essential in delivering hands-on care that directly improves quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training
Monitor and document patient progress
Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercises
Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Active Illinois PTA license (or ability to obtain)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current BLS certification
At least 1 year of recent experience preferred
Strong communication and patient engagement skills
