Our direct Fortune 500 client is looking for someone to join the Marketing team to p artner with internal clients to understand their presentation and graphic design needs, ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-effective solutions.

This is a 3 – month contract + possible extension . The team is located in downtown Sn Francisco , and the role is on-site 5 days/week. Onward Search provides benefits for 40 hour work week and weekly paychecks (W2) for duration of the contract.

Shift

M-F - 2 pm PST start (8 hour shift) (1 hour unpaid dinner included)

Training:

Training is Monday through Friday - Exact hours to be determined

Presentation Designer Responsibilities:

• Expertly create, edit, and annotate diverse visual materials using advanced graphics applications.
• Independently manage a high volume of requests and deadlines.
• Cultivate expertise in Microsoft Office and apply feedback for continuous improvement.
• Develop a strong understanding of deal processes and banker roles to enhance service excellence.
• Maintain a focus on quality and timeliness metrics, consistently achieving high levels of accuracy and efficiency while adhering to team procedures.

Presentation Designer Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience
• PowerPoint
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• MS Excel, Word
• Design concepts and infographics
• Flexibility with schedule
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback and direction
• Ability to work well with others in a high-pressure environment
