The Role

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic President to lead an organization, driving growth while preserving the company’s unique culture and operational excellence. Based in Kentucky, this high-impact role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in managing teams, overseeing multiple locations, and optimizing lumberyard operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring the performance of multiple locations, inspiring and managing teams, leveraging expertise to enhance lumberyard efficiency, spearheading growth initiatives such as entering new markets, and conducting regular visits to maintain alignment with company goals and values. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on leadership style, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to execute strategies that support growth while maintaining a clear and compelling vision for the future.

• Total compensation package of $200,000 to $225,000, including benefits
