Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Private Banker to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of banking operations, including teller functions and new accounts. As a Private Banker, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing personalized banking solutions, and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service. This role requires excellent customer service skills, cash handling and proficiency in financial software.

Duties

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions.
• Process outgoing wires efficiently while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Utilize financial software to manage client accounts and track loan origination processes.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ financial situations to recommend appropriate products and services.
• Perform basic math calculations accurately to assist clients with their banking inquiries.
• Collaborate with other banking professionals to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service and new accounts.
• Proficiency in financial software applications relevant to banking operations.
• Strong mathematical skills, including basic math and 10 key typing proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.
• A solid understanding of financial services and products offered by banks.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
