Duties
- Structure and document private equity, venture capital, credit, and hedge fund formations.
- Advise on SEC and state investment adviser registration requirements and filings.
- Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and disclosure documents.
- Coordinate with regulators, custodians, and service providers to ensure ongoing compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum of four years experience in private fund formation (PE, VC, credit, or hedge funds).

- Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven capacity to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Education
Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications
Active membership in a U.S. state bar.
