ByDesign Technologies is reimagining our Product team and is looking for a Product Manager and Product Owner to join our team in Tampa, Florida . Together, these roles define, shape, and deliver innovative solutions that drive customer success and align with our company’s strategic vision.

Work Location:  

This is a hybrid position based in our Tampa, Florida office.

PRODUCT MANAGER  

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap . Conduct market research, define requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring solutions to market. 

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma required. 
• 3+ years of experience in software product management (enterprise SaaS preferred). 
• Strong Agile background (Scrum, Kanban, Lean). 
• JIRA proficiency required; Confluence preferred. 
• Experience with direct selling, e-commerce, or POS systems a plus. 

PRODUCT OWNER  

Drive product execution by refining and prioritizing the backlog, writing requirements, and ensuring delivery aligns with roadmap priorities. 

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma required. 
• 1+ year of related experience (Product Owner, BA, QA, Technical Support, etc.). 
• Agile experience required. 
• JIRA proficiency required; Confluence preferred. 
• Experience with direct selling, e-commerce, or POS systems a plus.
