About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Agile Project Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting agile delivery through advanced Jira administration, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll create powerful dashboards and reporting tools, ensure effective project tracking, and uncover insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize JQL (Jira Query Language) to build dynamic filters and reports for real-time tracking of sprint progress, backlog health, and issue prioritization.
• Develop and maintain custom Jira dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs, surfacing key agile metrics including team velocity, blockers, and release readiness.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation and policy frameworks, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Leverage Jira and Confluence to enhance project transparency, team collaboration, and knowledge sharing across departments.
• Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to identify trends and patterns, resulting in actionable, data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Jira, including strong knowledge of JQL and dashboard/report creation.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project tracking processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
