Job Description
The idea candidate will be a proactive and results-driven Production Supervisor with experience in concrete manufacturing to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Six Sigma and 5S methodologies, ensuring efficient workflows, reduced waste, and continuous improvement across the production line. This role is for the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise production teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Implement and sustain 5S workplace organization and Six Sigma process improvements.
- Oversee daily concrete manufacturing processes, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Train and coach team members on operational standards and performance expectations.
- Promote a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in concrete production.
- Strong knowledge of Six Sigma principles and 5S best practices.
- Bilingual
