Job Overview:
Heritage seeks a Milwaukee-based Real Estate Associate who will be responsible for managing the Company’s fast-growing billboard real estate portfolio in the Milwaukee DMA. More specifically, this includes:
· Leasing and Property Management - identifying attractive new billboard sites, new property owner outreach, negotiating long-term billboard leases, building strong relationships with the Company’s landlord partners; and
· Permitting - obtaining and renewing billboard permits, managing compliance with federal/state/local regulations, working closely with Management on creative solutions to solve regulatory challenges.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or Associate’s degree
· Strong interest in real estate development; billboard experience a plus but not necessary
· Tenacious work ethic is a MUST
· Willingness to solve complex business issues thoughtfully and creatively
· Team player that is equally strong working alongside Management as they are working independently
· Excellent communication skills
· Enthusiasm for meeting new people
