We’re hiring a Listing Specialist who’s outgoing, enthusiastic, and ready to take ownership of their success. You'll assist clients by guiding them through the listing process with warmth, professionalism, and expert advice.

• Meeting with potential sellers, guiding them through the process
• Negotiating offers and advocating for clients’ best outcomes
• Following a proven schedule of daily prospecting and lead-nurturing activities
• Tracking your performance and staying accountable to team and personal goals
• Collaborating with a team that genuinely wants to see you thrive

$85,000 - $150,000 at plan commission

• Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
• Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly
• Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
• Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business
• You'll get to work with clients who really are in need of your expertise and professional guidance

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• Completed or working toward completing 15 real estate transactions
• Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
• Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
• Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
