The Role:

We are seeking a High-Volume Manufacturing Recruiter to join our Lawrence, MA office. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding—primarily for high-volume manufacturing and light industrial positions.

What You’ll Do:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for manufacturing and light industrial roles.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Coordinate candidate onboarding, ensuring compliance with all hiring procedures.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly recruiting and placement goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous recruiting experience in a high-volume or light industrial/manufacturing setting preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
