Job Description

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create tailored, effective recruitment strategies.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections.
• Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews to evaluate their skills, experience, and alignment with the company.
• Coordinate interview logistics with hiring teams and ensure clear, consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) updated with accurate and timely candidate information.

The Successful Applicant

• Workday experience is a must!
• At least 5 years of recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring teams throughout the process
• Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external search partners
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-demand environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to work.
