About Us:
At Tank & Libby's we're passionate about delivering exceptional food, service, and atmosphere to every guest. We're a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant known for our eclectic food. We're looking for a warm, energetic, and highly organized Host/Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and warmly as they arrive
Manage reservations and walk-ins using our digital waitlist reservation system
Accurately quote wait times and manage seating flow to ensure an optimal dining experience
Coordinate with servers and managers to maintain smooth table turnover
Answer phone calls, inquiries, and special requests
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional host stand and lobby area
What We’re Looking For:
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to stay calm and friendly under pressure
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in a high-volume restaurant is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
