What You'll Do

  1. Diagnose and repair complex systems: electrical, refrigeration & HVAC, propane, plumbing, mechanical applications, network systems & robotics, carpentry, fiberglass repair, appliances.
  2. You'll handle challenging diagnostics, consult with customers, execute expert-level repairs. Shop work, outdoor work, field work. Variety keeps it interesting.

Who We're Looking For

  • Experienced in RV repair, automotive, HVAC, marine, construction, or related trades
  • Proven diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
  • Value authenticity over corporate politics

  • Can work independently or in teams with minimal supervision
  • Have career goals you're serious about achieving

Requirements:

  • 2+ years hands-on experience in related field (RV, automotive, HVAC, marine, construction)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong diagnostic skills
  • Self-starter with team bias

Compensation & Benefits

Pay:

  • $800-$1,800/week (based on capabilities)
  • Performance bonuses available
  • Optional certification for increased pay
  • Merit-based advancement; you control your trajectory

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM  Seldom extended days to complete a task.
