What You’ll Be Doing In the Sales Representative Role:
Deliver engaging, high-converting sales presentations to pre-qualified potential customers
Build meaningful relationships with homeowners looking for clean energy or home improvement solutions
Take advantage of pre-set customer appointments daily—no cold calling required
Participate in weekly sales training and team-building sessions to sharpen sales skills
Work closely with sales managers who are invested in your success
Present with confidence and close with clarity
Create tailored product packages to meet customer needs
Manage the full sales cycle from introduction to close
What We Are On The Candidate Search For:
No prior sales or sales representative experience is necessary. We provide full comprehensive sales training
Strong communication skills with a passion for connecting with customers
Confidence in presenting to individuals and small groups
A self-starter mentality and a proven track record of persistence and grit
A desire to grow personally, professionally, and financially
Experience in sales, customer service, or public speaking is a plus—but not required
Ability to thrive both independently and in a fast-paced team environment
Reliable transportation
Sales Representative Compensation:
Commission based structure + bonuses
