Title: School LPN LVN

Work Location: Lacey, Washington

Pay rate: $ 39/ Hourly/ W-2

Duration: 43 Weeks (+Extensions)

Shift : Mon -Fri (8:00 - 16:00)

2 Open Positions: 1 on 1 nurse for a medically fragile student and Float Nurse

Requirements : WA LPN License



Job Requirements :

• The candidate has transportation
• The candidates are local (ideally or easily able to relocate)
• Need someone who is trained on working with youth with Trach's and seizures
• Ideally someone who has experience with diabetics (float nurse and Salish)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care and monitoring for students with complex medical needs, including tracheostomies, seizures, and diabetes.
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and provider orders.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure continuity of care and safety.
• Maintain accurate and timely health records and documentation.
• Respond to medical emergencies and implement appropriate interventions.
