Your Role: Merchandise Handler

As a Merchandise Handler, you’ll play a crucial role in our operations. You’ll handle full cases of products (up to 50 lbs.) and ensure that our merchandise flows smoothly through our distribution center. This role requires a commitment to learning and a willingness to work at a steady, fast pace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow written and verbal directions in English.
• Utilize basic math skills to verify quantities and complete order paperwork accurately.
• Operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Radio Frequency (RF) Scanners.
• Pay attention to detail and apply problem-solving skills.
• Identify products and match numbers accurately.
• Operate both motorized and non-motorized equipment to move merchandise.
• Inspect merchandise to ensure quality and brand specifications.
• Maintain documentation to facilitate merchandise flow.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in a distribution center is a plus.
• Flexibility in job assignments across departments and locations.
• Ability to meet productivity standards after training.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with all regulations.
• Ability to stand or walk for the duration of the shift.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screenings.
