About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join its North American Transactions team. The successful candidate will be a key contributor, bringing a wealth of experience in US Federal and other government contracts law, as well as strategic partnerships. This role is pivotal in the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts, with a specific focus on those involving public sector and strategic partner counterparties. The Senior Corporate Counsel will also provide essential legal guidance on federal, state, and local government contracting and support the pursuit of complex technology partnerships. The position requires a professional with at least 7-10 years' of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years' dedicated to government contracts, and a deep understanding of the FAR, DFARS, and other federal procurement regulations. Applicants for the Senior Corporate Counsel position at the company should hold a degree from an accredited American law school and be licensed to practice law. The role demands an individual with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to interface effectively with personnel at all levels. Experience in structuring and negotiating complex partnership agreements, as well as familiarity with global partnership frameworks, export controls, and cross-jurisdictional legal considerations, is highly valued.
