Senior Litigation Attorney

Litigation Associate Attorney

• Location: Pittsburgh, PA
• Remote Work: Work from home every Friday

Our firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. We specialize in insurance defense , representing clients in civil litigation matters, including personal injury, property damage, contract disputes, negligent security, and liquor liability .

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated trial-focused attorney with 2-3 years of insurance defense experience . The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills , work closely with partners, and play a vital role in case strategy, research, and legal documentation.

Responsibilities

• Represent insurance companies in civil litigation cases
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and conduct legal research
• Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation
• Manage cases through trial, negotiation, and settlement
• Maintain strong client and insurance carrier relationships

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 2-3 years of insurance defense litigation experience
• Trial experience preferred
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently and work collaboratively
