R&D Engineer - Catheter Development (Eng II or Senior - title flexible)
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Company: 50-Person medical device company, well-financed with large company backing.
They recently got 510K approval for a Clot Resection Aspiration Catheter for peripheral applications. Will work on improvements to the existing system, and also contribute on a next-gen version of the product.
Job Focus : Product Design/Development of new Catheter Devices (SolidWorks) & Materials Selection. Hands-on lab work, iteration of prototypes, design changes, develop testing protocols & reports, design of fixtures for testing, Design Control documentation.

Competitive salary at Eng II or Senior level, + Annual Bonus.
Requirements:
BS or MS Engineering Degree
3+ yrs for Eng II, or 5+ years for Senior level
MUST HAVE medical device manufacturing experience with catheters
