We are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Admin to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Job Title: Sr. Salesforce Administrator

Overview: We’re looking for a hands-on Salesforce Administrator who can manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce environment to support business operations. This role involves designing and deploying system configurations, troubleshooting user issues, and ensuring the platform runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: Configuration & Customization: Create and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, process builders, flows, and approval processes.Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to maintain proper data access and security.Customize dashboards and reports to meet business needs.Maintain and manage data in salesforce.

Deployment & Change Management: Manage deployments between environments (sandbox to production) using Change Sets or deployment tools (e.g., Auto Rabbit).Ensure changes are properly tested, documented, and deployed with minimal disruption to users. User Support & Maintenance: Act as the first point of contact for Salesforce-related issues, troubleshooting errors, and resolving user problems promptly.Provide ongoing user support and training to improve adoption and productivity.Monitor system performance, data integrity, and security compliance.

Continuous Improvement: Analyze existing processes and recommend Salesforce-based improvements.Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to enhance system capabilities.

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Candidate should be willing to work from office 3 days a week (Pune location) Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and data model.Experience with deployment and change management processes.Proficiency with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.). Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required ; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools (e.g., Data Loader, Workbench).Basic knowledge of Apex, SOQL, LWC, API integrations.Experience in user training, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
