What might a day in the life of an senior structural engineer look like? This will be strongly influenced by the talents a specific candidate brings to the table. When we develop our annual company and individual goals for Siegel Structural Engineers, we draw on the strengths and aspirations of individual team members to create pathways for growth.
We are eager to build out our Senior Team to ensure that our growing junior team has the technical resources, mentoring, and project management required to develop into exceptional engineers.

· Has a BSCE+ and is licensed as a Structural Engineer
· Demonstrates excellent technical knowledge
· Has strong project management skills

· Is functional in REVIT

· Shows strong writing and excellent phone skills
· Self-identifies as a mentor to younger staff
· Has an engaging manner with clients and colleagues
Your responsibilities will consist of all aspects of project work, including:
· Performing structural analysis and design
· Producing REVIT models
· Participating in site inspections and investigations
· Mentoring younger staff
· Engaging directly with clients through all project phases
You will work on both new construction and renovations, and will generally manage the day-to-day of your own projects individually and/or as a team leader.
