This position will provide an opportunity to understand how Ford IT builds and operates global services while meeting Ford Security and Data Protection requirements. It will also provide experience with managing Suppliers who deliver services. The position requires managing different projects such as: Printer site refresh. Plotter site refresh. Applications life cycle management. Ford internal life cycle HW migration/upgrade. Day to day printer operation. Printer & Plotters urgent incident management. Qualifications Must Have Skills include: Must have a minimum of High School diploma or relevant experience. Good Interpersonal skills. Good Project Management skills to coordinate both Supplier and Ford Technical teams to solve both technical and business issues. Self-motivated and drive to find solutions to problems that include a very complex network of devices that may affect the Print Supplier’s ability to perform. Nice to have Experience or Skills include: Experience with Supplier sourced service management. Project Management. Datacenter. Network Operations.
