Your Role:
As a key player of our maintenance team, you'll be at the forefront of diagnosing and repairing plant equipment issues, backed by detailed schematics and manuals. Embrace the challenge of troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical faults and effectively managing preventive maintenance.
Core Competencies Expected:
- Effectively identify spare parts needs and systemized storeroom management.
- Command over the operations of machine shop tools, fostering team productivity through leadership.
- Uphold a pristine, safe working environment while keeping accurate records.
- Proactively contribute to tailored shift-specific tasks as mandated by your supervisor.
Required Expertise:
Bring three to five years of industry experience, backed by your high school diploma and preferably vocational training focused on electro-mechanics. Expect a pre-employment mechanical assessment and have a working knowledge of instruments like micrometers.
