We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to enhance the online presence of our brandsMet?Rx, Pure Protein, and Body Fortress. The ideal candidate will lead community engagement, develop compelling content, and manage social media strategies across TikTok and Instagram. You will also monitor consumer feedback and identify new opportunities for social innovation.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategize and execute our evergreen social media calendar:
  
  
  • Plan content cadence and go-live dates on quarterly calendars
  • Review and provide feedback to the social agency on evergreen content
  • Copyedit evergreen content
  • Sourcing fan reshares that feature our priority products for the quarter
  • Schedule all content and post live where applicable
  
  
  
• Accelerate audience growth while achieving best-in-industry engagement
• Contact and respond to top-tier influencers, partners, and creators across priority platforms in a timely manner to fuel the brands creator program
• Monitor, track, and report on consumer feedback in social media and create cross?functional reports
• Manage reactive escalations and proactive engagement
• Lead maintenance of community management playbook to keep it fresh and brand-relevant
• Own trendspotting and competitive tracking to identify new areas of opportunity for social innovation on Instagram and TikTok
• Develop creative and compelling social content for TikTok and Instagram handlesincluding vertical video, GIFs, and graphics tailored to each platform, aligned with brand voice, style, and messaging guidelines
• Create thumb?stopping, engaging, fun, and informative TikTok videos that grow our following and build brand awareness and sales
• Conceptualize, script, produce, and shoot short?form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube
• Manage surprise & delight shipments and develop a formal surprise & delight strategy

Qualifications & Requirements

• Video production experiencefamiliar with in-app creator tools across social platforms and comfortable using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere
• Experience with video editing platforms such as CapCut, InShot, Canva, and Adobe Premiere Pro
• 25 years of experience growing personal or brand TikTok and Instagram accounts
• Comfortable with UGC photography, filming, editing, and on?camera presence
• Trend-savvy with deep understanding of TikTok trends, viral audio, slang, etc.
• Experience in social media metrics and monitoring tools (e.g., Sprout Social)
• A love for delicious and nutritious supplements that help you power through lifes everyday moments and most challenging activities

Salary for the Social Media Manager starts at $85,000.
