We are seeking a Senior UI Engineer to join our team and take a lead role in architecting, scaling, and building world-class user interfaces. As a senior team member, you will be instrumental in shaping the frontend architecture and setting engineering standards. Your deep expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript will directly impact our ability to deliver high-performance, maintainable, and scalable frontend applications.

This is a high-impact role suited for someone with a passion for design systems, performance optimization, and scalable engineering practices. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across product, design, and backend engineering to drive our product vision forward.

  • Lead the design and development of complex, high-traffic frontend applications.
  • Architect scalable and modular component libraries and frontend infrastructure.
  • Set best practices around code quality, performance, testing, and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to create intuitive and responsive UIs.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and pair programming.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure our frontend stack remains modern and maintainable.
  • Own the delivery lifecycle of new features — from concept to production and optimization.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Expert-level proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Proven experience scaling and maintaining large-scale frontend applications.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture patterns (e.g., micro-frontends, SSR/ISR, code-splitting).
  • Deep knowledge of modern CSS techniques (CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, or similar).
  • Experience integrating with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
  • Strong understanding of performance profiling, optimization, and monitoring.
  • Solid experience with testing libraries (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with design systems and component libraries (Storybook, Figma handoff).
  • Background in accessibility (WCAG standards) and internationalization.
  • Exposure to backend or full-stack development is a plus.
  • Open-source contributions or technical blogging.

So, if the leading edge of media technology is the place you want to be, please contact us today and let’s start the conversation!
