What You Will Be Doing
• Engaging students daily through one-on-one and small-group mentorship—no traditional lectures, only high-impact coaching conversations
• Deploying adaptive learning technologies and AI-powered platforms to enable individualized learning velocity
• Facilitating small-group sessions on leadership development, life competencies, and practical success frameworks
• Guiding students to identify personal strengths and broaden their aspirations via tailored development roadmaps
• Shaping the evolution of Alpha's educational approach through feedback, performance data, and innovative thinking

Basic Requirements
Student Success Coach key responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Proven track record of exceptional achievement (e.g. top academic honors, D1/Olympic athletics, national competitions, etc.)
• 3 year's experience working directly with K–8 students in a mentoring, coaching, or instructional capacity
• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Willingness to work in-person at Miami, FL; New York City, NY; Santa Barbara, CA or San Francisco, CA

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
