Role Description: •Support several different enterprise vendor hardware profiles, Cisco, Crystron, Logitech and Polycom•Support Logitech and Crestron control system in conference rooms across multiple locations•Support Event status Audo mixer and Microphone systems•Support and trin remote offices with Non-IT professionals to ensure seamless meeting setup•Act as subject matter expert for the design and support of global AV systems Competencies: Desktop Management - Infrastructure Services (IS)
