Country Mill in Charlotte, MI is looking for teenagers that are 16-17 year old to work as either a cashier, bakery assistant, cleaner, or farm assistant to join our seasonal team. We are located on 4648 Otto Road. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

Benefits

• $1/hour bonus for earning your 1st 5 star review every two week pay period when arriving to work 90% on-time
• $2/hour bonus for earning your 1st & 2nd 5 star review every two week pay period when arriving to work 90% on-time
• Base pay is may include a federally approved training wage period.

Responsibilities

• Once interviewed applicant may: run an iPad cash register, make caramel apples, bottle cider, serve donuts, clean inside the farm market, do dishes, assist with the apple canon, pumpkin pitch or corn maze. 

Qualifications

• 16 to 17 year old
• Able to stand on feet for 5 hour shift
• Smile and have a good, team attitude
