LaSalle Network is seeking a Temporary General Office Clerk to join a government-affiliated group supporting poll worker preparation for upcoming elections. This opportunity is ideal for reliable, detail-oriented professionals who enjoy keeping operations organized and running smoothly. You’ll provide hands-on administrative support to trainers and staff, assist with materials and logistics, and help ensure each training session is set up for success.
Provide general administrative and clerical support during onsite training sessions
Prepare, organize and distribute training materials and paperwork
Assist with room setup and breakdown, including equipment and supplies
Serve as a point of contact for trainees, directing questions to appropriate staff
Maintain organized workspaces and ensure materials are properly stored
Lift and move up to 25 lbs of equipment, including ballot scanner monitors
Previous experience in an office, clerical or administrative support role preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite environment
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with physical setup tasks
Dependable, punctual and committed to scheduled work hours
Professional, approachable demeanor when interacting with staff and trainees
