IMPORTANT : This is a HYBRID role, combining work from home and office presence. Work From Home on Mondays and Fridays, Tuesday thru Thursday in office.

Pay: $20/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Processes client transaction requests and reviews transactions for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to all internal and external regulations. (Ex: checks, withdrawals, changes to accounts)

  • To interpret, research and process the client’s complex monetary and clerical requests within brokerage accounts and mutual fund accounts, while having the highest quality service and accuracy.

  • To communicate and build relationships effectively with internal and external clients.

  • Communicate with the clients through outbound calls and written correspondence to clarify incomplete or invalid paperwork.

This job is for you if you can:

  • Interpret, research and process more complex client requests on our mutual fund and brokerage platforms. Consistently follows policies and procedures for completing work while independently utilizing systems and resources effectively.

  • Exhibit a sense of urgency and accountability for the client experience.

  • Own and resolve client or stakeholder inquiries while demonstrating a logical, systematic approach to problem solving.

  • Collaborate with peers and business partners to continually enhance the client experience.

  • Leverage online resources and past experience to independently meet challenges and provide viable alternative solutions as needed.

  • Prioritize work and provide flexibility to support business needs.

What you'll have:

  • High School Diploma

  • Strong problem resolution and time management skills.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PCs.

  • ​Minimum of two years ​of related work experience required. 

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience ​preferred.

  • Great Problem Resolution and Time Management skills

  • Tech-Savvy
