HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Florence, South Carolina.
Job Description & Requirements Title: Physical Therapist – Inpatient Rehabilitation
Location: Florence, SC
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 5x8 hours (08:00 – 16:30)
Provide inpatient physical therapy services in a hospital-based rehabilitation setting
\tEvaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
\tDeliver therapeutic interventions consistent with inpatient rehab standards of care
\tPerform ongoing reassessments and adjust treatment plans as needed
\tDocument evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record
\tCollaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient recovery and discharge planning
\tParticipate in scheduled weekend coverage as required
\tActive South Carolina or multistate compact Physical Therapist license at the start of the contract
\tBLS certification
\tMinimum of 1 year of inpatient or rehabilitation physical therapy experience
\tPrior travel experience required
\tAbility to work in a hospital-based inpatient rehabilitation environment
\tStrong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
\tWillingness to work one weekend per month
\tExperience in inpatient rehabilitation units
\tFamiliarity with Epic electronic medical record system
\tExperience collaborating within multidisciplinary hospital teams
\tFlexibility to assist with patient care needs during holidays if required
