You'll provide skilled nursing care like wound vacs, ostomy care, IV therapy, and even chemotherapy. Don't worry—we train you on all these skills! Team Spirit: Weekly interdisciplinary meetings to review patient care and learn through educational sessions. What We Offer Autonomy: You control your patient scheduling and communication. Reasonable Productivity: Full-time RNs complete 5 units/day (1 unit = revisit, 2 units = admission). We've reduced requirements to prevent burnout.
